Funds raised (after expenses) will be utilized to bring education and prevention, intervention & postvention trainings to all 20 communities in Bristol County, to help support the services provided by the community based suicide prevention coalitions in Taunton, New Bedford, Fall River & Attleboro, as well as the Samaritans of Bristol County.

Goal: To raise at least $75,000 to be able to effectively outreach all cities & towns within Bristol County as well as help support the Samaritans of Bristol County.

Objectives:

· To drastically reduce suicide attempts & suicide deaths within Bristol County

· To become self-sustaining

· To outreach all 20 communities within a 3-year period & establish mini-coalitions to serve each community

· To bring suicide education, prevention & trainings to all 20 communities

· To create suicide loss survivor bereavement groups

· To implement the Reach Out & Believe Re-Energize & Reconnect Workshops for suicide attempt survivors & loss survivors across the lifespan

Outcomes:

· Increase the number of well informed, suicide alert members throughout the county

· Save lives

· Instill hope
